We encourage members to submit their most recent news releases for FREE to be featured in the Member Press Release section of each E-News. We also include these releases on the Member News page of our website. Send news to news@FindlayHancockChamber.com.

Stand Alone Email
We offer members the opportunity to send member-to-member emails on Fridays to our entire email subscriber list. These promotions are a quick and creative way to get your organization’s message across to the Findlay-Hancock County Chamber audience. You can link our email blasts to your website, company social media, or other desired link – allowing you to have full control over what you share. We can tailor our email blasts to fit your exact needs and specifications*. Request a stand alone email.

*We request 48 hours reservation so we have time to get you a proof before sending it out to the general list.
Holding a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
We help members increase the visibility of new or expanding businesses with the help of the Chamber Ambassadors. We also list Ribbon Cuttings on our website and cover them in E-News publications and on our social media sites, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and occasionally YouTube.

Spotlight on Business Radio Advertising
We recognize one member each week on radio stations WFIN and WKXA with this 30-second radio spot. Fill out our Company/Organization Profile Form.
Upload Social Media Information to Online Directory
Log in to your member account on the Member Login page to update your social media. Provide the URLs for each of the social media platforms your organization uses, click save, and we will include icons for the platforms you entered in your online directory listing.

We provide one electronic copy in Excel format upon payment of subscription and three subsequent electronic updates released on a quarterly schedule. The Excel sheet includes the company name, main contact name, company address, fax, phone number, email, and category listing. Yearly subscription fee of $250.
We require submission and approval of the Chamber database contract agreement before the member receives database information. Recipients must maintain an active Chamber membership to receive all scheduled updates. No refunds will be offered for the unused portion of subscriptions upon inactivation of membership.
We review all advertising requests and content upon submission. We reserve the right to refuse advertising requests at our discretion.
