Data, Not Drama, and the Path to Fulfillment

The Chamber will host a leadership luncheon in collaboration titled “Data, Not Drama, and the Path to Fulfillment” with Sara Best, Principal & Co-Founder of Real Good Ventures, on Tuesday, November 16th from 11:30 am – 1 pm at the Findlay Country Club.

This session will zero in on self-awareness and emotional intelligence as a means to avoid the forces of disengagement and increase fulfillment and meaning in work and life!  Attendees can expect to learn:

  • The power of self-awareness and intentional adaptation to navigate challenges
  • The Four Forces of Disengagement- what are they and how do we avert them
  • Opportunity to learn about your Fulfillment DNA
