A Report From the Commissioners – Fresh Brewed Business – March 3

The Chamber of Commerce will host Fresh Brewed Business on Tuesday, March 3rd from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at the Marathon Center for the Performing Arts (MCPA), located at 200 W. Main Cross St.

March’s meeting will focus on the plans regarding the probate/juvenile court in Downtown Findlay, with main speaker Tim Bechtol, Hancock County Commissioner. Several other speakers will be in attendance as well to speak on important topics that will benefit the community.

Karim Baroudi, Hancock Public Health, will speak about Coronavirus; Sarah Clevidence from the Findlay-Hancock County Public Library will give an update about CommunityReads; Ed Kurt, Findlay City Schools, will give an update on the Findlay City Schools Levy; Marlene Burns from Burns Financial Solutions will provide a Market Update; Kim Stumpp, a member of the Public Library Levy Committee, will speak about the library’s levy; and Brian Treece with the Community Foundation will speak on their Community Conversations.

This monthly program is a business and professional development program of the Chamber of Commerce designed to offer a variety of information to the business community, inform Chamber members about public issues, and establish a stronger voice for the business community.

Location: Marathon Center for the Performing Arts – 200 W. Main Cross St. Findlay

Cost: $15 for Chamber members, $30 for non-members. Non-members are permitted to attend a total of two Chamber events per calendar year.
