Labor Shortage & Employee Retention

The Chamber will host Fresh Brewed Business on Tuesday, July 6th from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at the Marathon Center for the Performing Arts. Those who wish to register can do so at www.FindlayHancockChamber.com/Fresh-Brewed-Business.

July’s main speaker is Paul Hadde, Chick-fil-A Findlay, who will speak about the labor shortage and employee retention. Several other speakers will present on topics relevant to the community.

Doug Craig with Dougie John’s will give Employee Retention Tips; Ken Rood with DNC Hydraulics will speak on Employee Recruitment; Brian White from the Findlay Police Department will give a Crime Prevention Update.

This monthly program is a business and professional development program of the Chamber of Commerce designed to offer a variety of information to the business community, inform Chamber members about public issues, and establish a stronger voice for the business community.
