Keys to Onboarding New Employees
The Chamber is hosting a Small Business Workshop titled “The Keys to Successfully Onboarding New Employees” on Thursday, July 8th from 8:30 – 9:30 am. The workshop is free for Chamber Members to attend.
This Small Business Workshop, presented by Joe Fenimore of FPC of Flag City, will provide tips on how to improve your onboarding process to ensure better employee retention rates within your business. You’ll learn best practices for the onboarding process, what to do before and after welcoming a new employee, as well as interview process frustrations and how to solve them.
