A Note from the Mayor: Vaccine Phase Expansion

Dear Business Leaders,

Earlier this morning Governor DeWine announced the expansion of the current Ohio Vaccine Phases as well as when all Ohioans 16+ are eligible.

Attached is the information for current vaccine appointment scheduling for the next mass vaccination on March 22nd through Hancock Public Health and Blanchard Valley Health System.

At this time future vaccine clinic scheduling is not available as we are waiting to find out what our allocation is moving forward as well as locations for additional distributions. As soon as I have that information it will be shared.

At this point, we are in contact with a number of large employers to discuss additional points of distribution throughout the county. Again, additional information on these locations will be released as soon as it is finalized.

I appreciate your patience as we continue to work through our weekly allocations of vaccines. Please encourage all employees to get vaccinated through local retail pharmacies or Hancock Public Health as soon as they are eligible.

Sincerely,

Mayor Christina Muryn
