What if OSHA Visits? Hancock County Safety Council – September 5

The Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation will host Hancock County Safety Council, featuring a presentation titled “What if OSHA Visits?” on Thursday, September 5, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Drury Inn & Suites.

The main speaker is Chuck Gerringer, Quality Management System & Safety Coordinator with FMT, Inc. This presentation will discuss reasons why OSHA may visit, how management and front line people should react to an OSHA visit, and the importance of creating an OSHA visitation policy and procedure. This month, we will also introduce BWC’s Laura Mattimoe, MSOH, OSHA Safety & Health Consultant for Northwest Ohio.
