Economic Development: Looking Ahead to 2020 – Fresh Brewed Business

The Findlay∙Hancock County Chamber of Commerce will host Fresh Brewed Business on Tuesday, January 7th from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at the Marathon Center for the Performing Arts (MCPA), located at 200 W. Main Cross St.

January’s meeting will focus on Economic Development and the growth of the community, with main speaker Tim Mayle of Findlay-Hancock County Economic Development. Several representatives from other organizations will be in attendance to provide updates related to the topic.

Jeremy Kalb with the City of Findlay will give an update on city projects; Mayor Christina Muryn will speak about the upcoming 2020 Census; Northwest Ohio Governor’s Liaison Christa Luttmann will provide a Business Climate Update; An Education Update will be given by Mark Kowalski from the Liberty Benton School District; Hancock Leadership Class of 2020 representative Erin Schwiebert will speak about their class project; and Cathi Kisseberth with provide a Non-Profit Update on behalf of Findlay Young Professionals.

This monthly program is a business and professional development program of the Chamber of Commerce designed to offer a variety of information to the business community, inform Chamber members about public issues, and establish a stronger voice for the business community.
