Selection will be based on:
- Quality of response on the application
- Letters of reference: Three letters of reference, preferably from those familiar with your service activities, are required for this application. Please duplicate the two-sided Confidential Recommendation Form and give it to your reference with a stamped envelope addressed to: Hancock Leadership, 123 East Main Cross Street, Findlay, OH 45840
- Meeting the deadline for the application: The application and letters of reference must be received at the Chamber on or before ????
- An interview upon request of the Selection Committee.
