FYP’s mission is to build professional connections, impact the community through service, and refine professional development skills to foster leadership in young people in the Findlay area.

• Connect: Expand professional networks by providing events for members to socialize and build relationships.
• Impact: Make an impact in our community by offering volunteer opportunities to serve local organizations.
• Lead: Develop professional skills and foster leadership by bringing in distinguished speakers and administering personal and professional development opportunities.

FYP creates consistent opportunities for members to connect through events and behind-the-scenes tours across Findlay. By visiting local businesses and hearing from CEOs, directors, public officials, and industry leaders, members gain valuable insight into leadership, innovation, and community impact, all while building strong professional connections in a dynamic, evolving workforce.

All FYP Members must be between 19-40 years of age, and either live, work, or have some kind of community tie to the Findlay-Hancock County area. Membership requires a $50 annual fee with a special discounted rate available to local students & interns. Membership provides you with full registration access to any FYP hosted events, the ability to regularly connect with other FYP Members, and opportunities to join committees to expand your professionals skills.
