TYPES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
We collect information from you, some of which is personally identifiable information that either identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household (“Personal Information”). Personal Information is collected when you voluntarily choose to disclose such information to us and may include your name, email address, phone number, and address, as well as an account username, password, and other information necessary to authenticate and securely provide access to the password-protected areas of the Site.
We use Personal Information for legitimate business purposes, which include providing services and support to users, responding to feedback, questions, and comments, maintaining and protecting the security and integrity of our systems, improving our Site, identifying you when you visit our Site, conduct analytics and other internal administrative purposes, and any other lawful purposes.
We store all information we collect, including Personal Information, electronically in our computer databases. We own, maintain, and operate our computer servers containing our databases. The Chamber does not sell personal information to third parties. However, for an annual fee, we do provide access to the contact information of all Chamber members, to those Chamber members who purchase a subscription to such information.
In addition to the specific situations discussed elsewhere in this policy, we disclose information with third party service providers who help us to administer our Site, conduct surveys, provide technical support, fulfill orders, and process payments. We may also ask if you would like us to share your information with other unaffiliated third parties who are not described elsewhere in this policy. Additionally, we may disclose information in response to subpoenas, warrants, or court orders, or in connection with any legal process, or to comply with relevant laws. We may also share your information to establish or exercise our rights, to defend against a legal claim, to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding possible illegal activities, suspected fraud, safety of person or property, or a violation of our policies, or to comply with your request for the shipment of products to or the provision of services by a third party intermediary.

If you do not wish to receive promotional communications from us, you can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in those communications, or by contacting us as provided in the “Contact Us” section below. Please note that the Chamber may continue to send you non-promotional communications, such as those regarding your membership and other service-related matters.
Our Site is directed toward and designed for use by persons aged 13 or older. The Chamber will not establish or maintain membership or access for any child whom we know to be under the age of 13. We do not solicit or knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that we have received personal information from an individual who indicates that they are, or whom we otherwise have reason to believe is, under the age of 13, we will delete such information from our systems. Additionally, a child’s parent or legal guardian may request that the child’s information be corrected or deleted from our files by contacting us as provided in the “Contact Us” section below.
You agree to use the Site in accordance with this Policy and all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your login information and the use of your account, and for all activities conducted using your account. In the event of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, you must immediately notify the Chamber. You also agree not to (a) modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any portion of the Site; (b) use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes, or to solicit any such activity; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, features, systems, or networks through hacking, password mining, or any other means; (d) use the Site in any way that could disrupt, damage, disable, overburden, or impair it or its systems, servers, or networks; (e) frame or mirror any portion or feature of the Site; (f) use any “deep-link”, “page-scrape”, “robot”, “spider”, or other automatic device, program, algorithm, or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to: (1) access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the Site; (2) reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site; (3) obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents, or information through any means not purposely made available through the Site; (g) use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or with any other person’s use or enjoyment of the Site; (h) transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, time bombs, cancel-bots, corrupted files, or other items of a destructive nature; (i) circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security or authentication measures implemented by us or on our behalf; or (j) forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers.
