What We Do
FYP’s mission is to build professional connections, impact the community through service, and refine professional development skills to foster leadership in young people in the Findlay area.

- Impact: Make an impact in our community by offering volunteer opportunities to serve local organizations.
- Lead: Develop professional skills and foster leadership by bringing in distinguished speakers and administering personal and professional development opportunities.

Your membership provides opportunities for you to get as involved as you want, volunteer, learn and expand your professional and personal contacts. As an FYP member you will have the opportunity to serve on committees, attend events and create professional connections for you and your company. We are always looking for general members, board members and committee members as we embark on this great new adventure together!
Membership is open to anyone in the Greater Findlay area who is between the ages of 21 – 40. Some exceptions may be made per the membership committee. A $50 annual fee is your financial investment. Your time investment is up to you.
