Negotiations: Why We Shy Away – Women’s Leadership Forum

The Findlay-Hancock County Chamber of Commerce will host a leadership forum titled “Negotiations: Why We Shy Away” featuring Tammy Reynolds from Ohio University’s College of Business, on Wednesday, November 7 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Findlay Country Club located at 1500 Country Club Drive, Findlay. The presentation will begin at 11:45 a.m. Beth Wilkins, 50 North, will emcee the program.

Reynolds will present an engaging dialogue on the psychology around women and negotiations and how to develop your own negotiation skills.

This program is open to both men and women, though it is focused on empowering women entering/or in leadership roles within the Findlay-Hancock County Community.

This program is sponsored by Bluffton University Advancement Division, Eastman & Smith, Hancock Federal Credit Union, and Reineke Family Dealerships. Additional supporters include Beyond MedSpa, Feasel’s, the Hancock Hotel, Garner Trucking, Marathon Center for the Performing Arts, and Shirley’s Gourmet Popcorn.

About Tammy Reynolds: Tammy Reynolds joined Ohio University in August 2012 after 25 years working in Fortune 500 companies. She began her career at Marathon Oil Company, and most recently worked for Whirlpool Corporation at the company’s world headquarters in Benton Harbor, Michigan where she led the human resources organization for the North American Operations organization. In this large-scale human resource leadership role, Tammy had accountability for human capital strategy, talent pipeline development, HR operational infrastructure and business continuity for all Whirlpool Corporation North America based manufacturing, supply chain and logistic locations. She has specialized expertise in organizational acquisition, change integration and synergy capture.
