The Psychology of Safety

The Chamber, in collaboration with the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation will host Hancock County Safety Council, featuring a presentation on The Psychology of Safety on Thursday, March 3rd from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm. This webinar costs $10 to attend.

The webinar will feature main speaker Rick Beach of Manager’s Ally.

In the session, attendees will learn to enjoy a celebration of remarkable changes, how methods of decision making contribute to a safer environment, and the two primary choices employees make before making safety decisions.

The Hancock County Safety Council is co-sponsored by the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation Safety & Hygiene Division, and holds regular meetings to increase awareness of a safe environment in the workplace.

About Rick Beach: Rick is the founder of Manager’s Ally with a mission to deliver value to employers and individuals.
