Leadership Luncheon to Feature Author Sean Covey

sean-covey-headshot(FINDLAY, OH, February 20, 2017) — The Findlay∙Hancock County Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with the Findlay-Hancock County Public Library and Raise the Bar, will host a leadership luncheon entitled, “The 7 Habits & Workforce Readiness,” featuring Sean Covey, Executive Vice President of Global Solutions & Partnerships for FranklinCovey on March 16, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Findlay Country Club.

One of the most inspiring and impactful books ever written, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, written by Stephen R. Covey (Sean Covey’s father) has captivated readers for 25 years, selling over 25 million copies in 40 languages. It has transformed the lives of Presidents and CEOs, educators and parents – in short, millions of people of all ages and occupations. Sean Covey has led the development of many FranklinCovey’s organizational offerings, including: FOCUS, Leadership, The 4 Disciplines of Execution, The Leader in Me, and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Mr. Covey oversees all of FranklinCovey’s international partnerships, which cover more than 140 countries.

Chamber members and the community are invited to learn how communities are taking a proactive approach to workforce readiness using The Leader In Me to harness the development of non-academic skills that employers are not currently finding in the available workforce.
